what is the future for him...?

This young Zambian boy looks out nervously from behind a bush. He might well ponder what the future holds for him ... |
African young people emerge from school with great dreams: to be teachers, nurses, mechanics, social workers etc. With these skills they could lift themselves and their families out of poverty, and enrich the lives of others around them.
But many are orphans or from very poor families and can't afford the college course to gain the necessary qualification, so they spend their lives in unskilled labour.
We are a UK Registered Charity working in Zambia to enable these young people to achieve their potential and fulfil their dreams. Take a look at Mirriam's Journey for an example of how we change lives. Or click here to donate or to Meet the Team !

Here is our most recent graduate Jelly Hantambo, who now has a CEng in Structural Engineering, sponsored by the UK Institution of Structural Engineers, shown here with our in-country administrator, Margie.
Jelly is our 5th Structural Engineer and some of the others now have their own companies, including a steel construction company employing more than 20 people. So we are optimistic that Jelly, armed with this excellent qualification, will go far.
